REFUND POLICY

We stand behind the quality of every piece we ship. While all sales are final, we understand that situations outside of anyone’s control can occasionally occur during transit. Please review the policy below for how we handle those rare cases.

Returns

We do not accept returns at this time. All items are considered final sale once an order has been placed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the event that an order is confirmed lost or destroyed in transit by the carrier.

If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact our support team with your order number. Once the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or provide a replacement at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items delivered as addressed

  • Damage occurring after delivery

  • Incorrect sizing or fit

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Carrier delays 

Shipping Protection & Lost Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Optional shipping protection is available at checkout and covers 100% of your order value in the event of loss, theft, or carrier damage. If shipping protection was purchased and your order is compromised, please reach out to our support at everettemanagement@gmail.com and we will assist with filing a claim.

Order Cancellations

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Final Sale Items

Due to limited production and fulfillment processes, all items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of confirmed lost shipments as outlined above.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed over the weekend (Friday after 3 PM – Sunday) begin processing on Monday and may take up to 3 business days.

Fulfillment & Shipping Timeline

Once your order is processed:

-Shipping & fulfillment may take 1–4 weeks depending on the item and current order volume.

-All orders include tracking information via email once the order ships.

Please note:
Tracking updates may take up to 14 business days to reflect movement. This is normal during busy periods.

Fulfillment Locations

Everette Productions ships from a curated network of fulfillment centers strategically located in fashion capitals across the globe. Depending on the item, your order may be dispatched from one of the following locations:

  • Nashville, TN
  • Chattanooga, TN

Each location is selected for its speed, reliability, and proximity to key regions. We route every order through the most efficient center based on product availability and shipping destination to ensure smooth, timely delivery.

You will receive full tracking details as soon as your order has been processed and shipped, regardless of the origin warehouse.

Delays & High-Volume Periods

During promotional periods or new collections, shipping may take longer than usual. If any delays arise, we will notify you directly by the email associated with your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our fast processing times, changes or cancellations are not always possible.

If your item has already shipped, changes cannot be made.

Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries

Everette Productions not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-send it. 

Shipping Insurance

All orders are insured through the shipping carrier. If your item is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Additional Store Shipping Insurance: If you purchased shipping insurance directly through our store, please contact us at everettemanagement@gmail.com for assistance with your claim.
